A: While we are more affordable than most shops and than the original manufacturer we use the best quality parts get your phone fixed fast in 30 minutes in most cases. And we stand behind our work

Q: Do you use Original parts?

A: On devices that the manufacturer offers original part yes. On devices that don't we use original quality

Q: Do you offer Government Life Line phones?

A: No.

Q: Do you warranty your work?

A: Yes all repairs have a 90 day parts and labor warranty against defects in workmanship or materials

Q: Do you have to buy service with a phone?

A: Not on most phones the only phones requiring service with purchase are the phones that are sold as Verizon prepaid phones.


Q: What is the difference between prepaid and regular cell service?

A: The actual service is the same the prices are different and the price you see is the price you pay they include all taxes and government fees. So a $20 plan is $20.

Q: Do used devices have any warranty?

A: We warranty all used devices for 30 days and any balance of original warranty still applies
